There are several options for paying your water bill:  cash, check, or money order in person at the Business Office or by mail; online credit card payments, and automatic bank draft.

The Greater Pine Island Water Association, Inc. works with Paymentus Corporation, a third party automated payment service, to offer payment options for customers interested in paying their bill online using the Internet or by using an automated phone service. Paymentus Corporation accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and electronic checks.



Credit card companies charge businesses, like  GPIWA, a percentage of the payment for processing services. Paymentus Corporation will charge a convenience fee for each transaction. In fairness to all of our customers, we need to ensure that the customers who want the convenience of paying with a charge card, pay for the service. GPIWA DOES NOT receive any part of the convenience fee.

The Paymentus Corporation convenience fee will be collected in addition to the bill payment total. The amount of the fee varies according to the amount of bill being paid. The current convenience fee is $2.15 per $75.00 paid.

 

Please have your billing and payment information available as you will need both to make a payment.

 

GPIWA receives immediate confirmation of payments made via the Internet and payments made over the phone. You will receive a confirmation number of the successful payment at time of the transaction. For questions about your payment, contact our Customer Service Department at 239-283-1071, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday, except holidays.

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT PAYMENT



Another popular method of payment is our Automatic Payment Plan (ACH). With this plan, a monthly bill will still be mailed to you (it will be marked “Auto Pay”). On your due date the funds will be drawn from your checking account. All it takes is filling out a brief form authorizing us to automatically deduct your water bill from your checking account, along with a voided check, and that's it!   Every month, your water bill is paid on time, whether you are in town or not.    Never be late paying your water bill again!!
