Our office is located at 5281 Pine Island Road (SR 78) about 1/4 mile east of the 4 way stop at Pine Island Center. (At the intersection of Betsy Parkway & Pine Island Road)
Office hours are Monday - Friday - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Our phone # is 239-283-1071 (24 hrs a day!) and, yes, our phones are still answered by real people, not voice mail. After office hours, we use an answering service to take your messages & call out personnel in the event of any problem. The answering service can call in members of our field crew for after hours service calls (line breaks, water outages) but they cannot provide information on customer billing or other customer service items. For some after hours services (i.e. turn on water after it had been shut off for non-payment) there may be an extra charge (see rates & fees below).

J. BILLS
Failure to receive bills shall not prevent such bills from becoming delinquent or relieve the property owner from payment. Payment of water bills may be made in advance.
K. SPECIAL ACCOUNTS
Subject to approval of the Board of Directors.
Billing Info
We bill on a cycle basis three times a month. Areas are Bokeelia - billed on the 10th of each month; Matlacha - billed on the 20th of each month; and St. James City - billed on the 30th/31st of each month. Bills are due when rendered and must be paid within 25 days after the due date to avoid a 10% penalty.
Please contact our customer service department with any inquiries regarding your account. The customer service phone number is 239-283-1071. Customer service telephone hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, the office and our drive-thru window are open from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday. We also have an after hours "drop box" located at our drive through window. Please do not deposit cash in the night drop box.
Auto Pay
We now offer an automatic bank draft service for conveniently paying your water bill, called "AutoPay". All it takes is filling out a brief form authorizing us to automatically deduct your water bill from your checking account, along with a voided check, and that's it! Every month, your water bill is paid on time, whether you are in town or not. Never be late paying your water bill again!!
